I have been on several restrictive diets before. I exercise about 4 times a week, weights, spinning, and walking. My weight has gone up 1.5 lbs overnight and I lost nothing this week. I have been diligently following the plan. I am enjoying the plan but don’t know if there needs to be tweaking to my menu plan. I am in menopause.March 29, 2021 at 6:25 pm #47612Emmasr211
MemberI will start my plan tomorrow, and I’ was expecting to hear more encouraging messages. I am also in menopause and have done previous restrictive diets and I exercise very little. I really hope I don`t gain weight with this program!
