    Hi,I joined 3 weeks ago and have lost 2 1/2 kilos but I don’t look or feel any thinner. How do I know if I’ve lost body fat or muscle?

    Hi, Maggie. If you have been physically active, it is likely that you have not lost muscle.

    Thankyou for your reply Sharon. Well,I cycle in my spare time, swim and do Aerobics once a week. I walk to and from work (half an hour each day) plus my job is a very active one and I’m on my feet all day. My trousers do feel looser around the waist now so I hope it’s fat that’s coming off!. Although I do what I can with the spare time I have, do you think I should do more in the way of exercise?
