Hi. I have just become a member and I have created my first menu planner. Mine says 77% healthy. I would like to create a menu where I am assured its one I should be listing weight with. How do I know if I need to adjust my diet plan in order to lose weight faster. I am definitely about eating healthier too….but want to lose about 20 pounds. What is a realistic time frame to do that in?
Hi, rmlivingston, and welcome. To get your score up, try to select the foods in the lighter blues.
A healthy amount of time in which to lose 20 pounds would be about 3-5 months, to ensure the results will be sustainable.
You can also add some physical activity to ensure the healthiest weight loss.
