    ARE THE AMOUNTS LISTED IN WEIGHT OR VOLUMSE? HOW MUCH IS AN OUNCE OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS??

    You can buy small scales at most grocery stores or at places like bed bath and beyond. The scales weigh from 1 to 16 ounces. It is a good investment because you can then see how much, say something like 4 oz of chicken is, or 1 oz of goat cheese. You weigh these out a few times and you start to remember how much volume you should be using.

    An ounce of nuts or seeds generally equals 4 Tablespoons.
