Just getting started and noticed that, other than oatmeal, there are no breakfast cereals. I know most commercial cereals are full of sugar and additives. What about the Ezekial cereals made with sprouted grains.
HI, AnnieRooney. There actually is an extensive list of many cereals, including cold cereals – they are listed under the Grains and/or Breakfast Meal subcategories of the Carbohydrates category. Ezekial type cereals are listed as “SWG” (sprouted whole grains).
