Can eggs be eaten every day? Also in the grocery list it gives serving amounts…are those daily amounts?
Hi, Linda. Eggs can generally be eaten every day in most people (diabetics or people with a history of heart disease should consult their physician), especially if they are of high-quality: omega-3 fortified and/or pastured (different from “pasteurized”) are recommended. The grocery list gives the amounts for the week.
