I looked on the label and there’s nothing in it but “sugars”. If I use it in moderation, is it bad for me?
It does put stress on your liver and may be a little disruptive to your meeting your goals, depending on what “moderation” means here. What is the item and what are the amounts?
I have a bottle of clover honey. Serving size is one tablespoon, 60 calories, 16 sugars, and 0 on everything else. I have been putting a tablespoon on a piece of whole grain bread as my evening desert. Thank you for the response! Maybe I’ll make it a once a week thing.
If you want it every day, then maybe work your way down to 1 tsp per slice of bread.
