I use to eat popcorn, specifically Fit and Active Popcorn for my last snack.
Is there any reason not to eat popcorn? I’m looking for some help on this
cause I love popcorn as a snack:)
Hi, cannbach. Popcorn can be a great snack. We prefer organic (to avoid genetically modified corn), unflavored or naturally-flavored, with no added palm or hydrogenated fats. Fit and Active contains both palm oil and artificial flavors so it isn’t ideal. If you really like popcorn, perhaps you can switch brands (?) Remember to count each cup as 1-1/2 slices of bread or just over half a cup of pasta or rice, etc.
