When a recipe and it calls for a free “spread” I am unable to find what that is. Anyone know?
Hi, Deajohns. A free spread refers to certain spreads that in certain quantities do not have to be counted in your menu. If you click in the area where free spreads are note din your menu, you will get a pop-up list.
