    Can’t find any information about what this means on my menu planner.

    After you have made a menu, vegetables of your choice is underlined, hit that ( underlined in blue ) it will bring up your choices 😉 hope that helps ;))

    It means you can pick whatever vegetable you want to eat , prepare it and eat it.
