I am also trying to not eat a lot of wheat flour and gulten. I will not use a sugar substitute, so how much sugar if any should I use. Which sugar substitutes have you tried? If you have a bad reaction even with the natural ones so far, try coconut sugar. It is not carb-free, but it is very, very gentle to the digestive system – just use a little here and there so it doesn’t add up too much.January 25, 2013 at 3:34 pm #7300 meRoseMember meRoseMemberThannk you, the other day someone mentioned coconut sugar to me I have been looking for it. I do not use sugars that often, as soon as I find the coconut sugar I will pick some up, I understand it has a diffrent taste. ;~)
