Thanks for response on how to find carb/protein breakdowns for my menu….question now is what do those #s represent? It says “standard unit”, but what kind servings, grams, ounces …I’m trying to make sure that I’m getting enough protein as I’m a vegetarian. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
