MemberOn some of my meals I have Fish Oil? and IC5-Sugar level balance? do these mean anything apart from a link to view the videos? Also where do I find out how many carbs, protein etc I should have for each meal or each day. thanks

MemberHi, Meezy. If you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, you will see the exchanges. They relate to this list: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

MemberThanks, I get the exchange view but is there a daily set amount for carbs, protein etc or how much of each we should have each meal so I could check/make up my own recipes. I can check the exchange list to see where they come in but I need to know how many of each is allowed. Hope I have made myself clearer this time.

They are divided across exchanges, which you can see by clicking on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, and comparing them to the translations here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
