sjksomervilleMemberHi Irbsmith, me too. Pancakes and waffles are my problem. Being in the UK means there isn’t much choice and I have spent 2 days searching the internet trying to find a supplier. Can anyone help us please?

SupportKeymasterHere’s a link with a list of stores that carry many of the foods. With some, you can shop online if they’re not located anywhere in your area.

sjksomervilleMemberThank you for the information. Can I please suggest that members in the UK also look at a company called ‘Abel and Cole’ . They do a large range of organic fruits, vegetables, meat and also staples for the store cupboard including some sprouted and lots of wholegrain. It looks at first as if you have to order weekly but I order as and when I need supplies. Hope this is helpful to UK newbies.

buzycybillMemberPretty sure this means a pancake with natural ingredients. No refined flour, no sugar added. There are several recipes here. My fav is the oatmeal pancakes. I eat them with grapes, walnuts and a dollop of greek yogurt. Delish!

sjksomervilleMemberThanks buzycybill x I have realised I am going to have to make my own so have been shopping for ingredients today. Looking forward to getting going properly, am only at about 50% at the moment.
