what exactly is liquid coconut sugar and where can I find this — what do I look for? Is there some type of substitute for this that is easier to find?
I went to Amazon and found the organic coconut palm sugar. Which from what I read it is very versatile and can be melted easily for a lot of different recipes. I purchased it from there for now until I can get to an “organic store”. I really want to try that SWG bread.
You can also order the sugar from http://www.sunfood.com which I would trust before I would trust Amazon for being healthy. Just because they say they are organic does not mean they are processed in a healthy way. Try reading some of the information about the foods on sun food website and you will get the idea.
