    I was wondering if I could get a list of foods to avoid? I avoid margarine and fruit juices, what else?

    Hi, Michelle. The other highly common foods often thought of as healthy alternatives, but which may work against weight loss efforts by causing fat accumulation include artificial sweeteners, regular whole wheat breads (be sure to choose those with “100%” whole on the label), conventional and/or processed soy products.
