nowhere on this diet has anything listed to drink. can someone help me I didn’t buy the books.
Remember 1 tsp of zylitol counts as a carbohydrate. I was using 6-8 pkgs. a day when I first started as was losing very slowly. Then on the exchanges list I saw it counted 1-3 pkg. was the same as eating a piece of bread!!!! Yikes, no wonder I wasn’t losing!!

I drink herbal tea, limited amounts of tea and coffee, but mostly water with lemon. I keep stevia in my purse and when we go out I order water with extra lemons and add Stevia and make my own little lemonade.
