Is it normal to feel tired, weak and hungry for the first few days of trying the new Trim Down Plan?
Hi, rdblossom. Most people feel the opposite, but it depends on how you were eating before. Can you describe your previous habits?
I was eating 3 meals a day and not snacking much. If I did have a snack it was usually before 8PM. I find this plan makes one consumed with food, eating and planning for it as every 2-3 hrs it is time to eat something. Today is day 4 for me and I am not as hungry or weak as I was the first 3 days. But I am craving sweets and favorite high fat foods such as lasagne.
Hi, rdblossom. I suggest you work your favorite foods into your menu. In the Menu Planner application, go ahead and select them and see if that helps. As you get more into this program, you’ll learn cooking techniques that will make these items healthier, and you may find that you crave them less. Give yourself time.
