Hello I’m new to all this and have a lot of anxieties about being a ‘failure’, though I do want to give it a chance as there is obviously a lot to learn and unlearn, I’m also going through ‘the change’ and you mention a lot about certain types of hormones. I’ve been on HRT for 5 or 6 years and along with my doctors consent have decided stop due to those recent health scares and length of time on those pills. What I’m nervous of is the idea of rigid diets and schedules, I suppose I’m looking for reassurance that I’ll be ok, I just don’t want my rebellious side to rear it’s head and mess everything up.I’ve yo yo’d all my life and it’s got to stop! Hi, Tyreena. You have definitely come to the right place. This program is pretty much the opposite of a rigid diet. We encourage you to ease into it, and take advantage of the ready materials to guide you (see My Downloads and Articles above).

Tyreen you definitely have come to the right place. This is the healthiest most wonderful food. You can’t believe you can eat like this and lose. It is easy once you get the hang of it. I’m trying foods I would never have eaten five years ago and they are delicious!! One of the most wonderful things is the ability to sub out things you are not in the mood for and the once a week meal to help you solve cravings .You eat what you want once a week. that’s what did it for me!! to know I don’t have to do without my favorites for the rest of my life, calms me down about a diet. i can go a week , but to go forever without cookies…not gonna happen . But with this plan you don’t have to.
It’s amazing… then you find yourself not really wanting them!!! I really do wish you success and good health . Debbie congratulations on being our 220th group member!!! Debbie 😛
