I joined the club, sent in some preferences for a possible menu, but I think it will be difficult for me to follow a plan. You see, your plan is geared to an affluent society set up, where you can easily get fresh food and produce. The kind of work I do takes me to very impoverished areas, where fresh food is not very accesible, and where variety is not the case. I end up eating mostly the same food. Is there any way I could describe my usal fare to you so that you could help me with a personalized plan?

Hi, Jorge. Yes, of course.
However, note that if you switch to the personal version of the Menu Planner application (the right-most option here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner), you can choose the specific foods that are available to you.
Either way, I’m happy to help.
