pattygoo720MemberI just signed up. I didn’t purchase any of the add-ons. Do I just wing it and figure out what I want to eat or is there a guide or menu to follow? I think a menu to follow at the beginning would be a helpful introduction and start to the trim down club. If there is one please let me know. I truly do not know where to begin. Thanks Patty

chrisstalfordMemberpattygoo720 – Did you read the downloaded program guides? The program guides come with the membership. They do not need to be additionally purchased. They have a lot of great information. Information that will help you get on your way.
I’ve only started 4 days ago. I’ve really enjoyed the program so far.

Iwantmysize6MemberPatty; I downloaded all files and there is a 14 day express menu on one of the pdf files. It’s the one called the “Bonus+2 simple express meal plan” It’s the one that’s 16 pages. However, I don’t want to follow that one. I’m trying to get the menu planner to work properly. It saved my breakfast choices, but not my noon choices. It’s also my 2nd attempt because I gave up doing it the other day…too time consuming 🙁
