Where the food blocks listed?

I’m told that “blocks” of food are listed somewhere on this site, where the allowed or encouraged foods are listed in their entirety. But where. I can’t find it.

I’m lost as well. I’m looking for the place where I can choose my favorite foods so that my menus can be pulled from that list.

I think the list of all foods may be in a document you download from the Tips & Tricks section.

Hi, ecinomaha and AshleyShea. In the regular menu route, you can click on the edit tool icon at the upper right of each meal header, and at the top of the pop-up box, you will see the master food list.
