MemberHello 🙂
I joined TDC couple days ago & was planning to do my very first shopping trip this weekend until I realized I didn’t know where to get Sprouted Whole Grain Bread & Cereal. I did some research and found http://www.foodforlife.com offering some products.Does anyone know where to get these foods (or similar products) ?
I lives in Exeter, UK 🙂
PS: 1 more question: does the whole Almonds sold in HollandandBarrett.com work since I’ve done some comparing in the product nutrition details (eg: with Tesco Almonds) & it’s quite different!

MemberHi,
My husband and I also starting this week. We have found SWG Bread can be ordered direct from amazon.co.uk, they will even let you subscribe to a regular delivery.
Hope this helpsJanuary 26, 2013 at 12:32 pm #7374bcnde
MemberHi,
How crucial is it to have “Sprouted” WG bread. I have been using Sainsbury’s ‘organic stoneground wholemeal bread’ and hope that will be OK. Will it ? Anyone know ?January 26, 2013 at 5:53 pm #7389humera200
