MemberI’ve become very familiar with what to and not to eat. But my things is, “how to I plan my grocery list?” I’ve been working out at Gold’s Gym for three weeks now but now is the time to start implementing the right foods and eating habits. I really need help in starting and knowing what to buy. Suggestions from anyone would be much appreciated. Thanks!

MemberI noticed a shopping list to go with you meal plan the other day, all built in with this program.

MemberHi, Mr. Dover. Chris64 is correct (thanks!) – to the right of your menu, click on “Generate Grocery List” and print.

MemberTerrance. I’ve been on this 3 weeks now and have lost 7 lbs. If I were you I’d start with just a few very importaqnt changes in your grocery list and refrigerator.. They have Ezekiel bread and English muffins. Buy them!!! They’re wonderful. Go to the health food store and get gluten free bean and cheese burritsos. Buy several pkgs of string string cheese. They have several flavors. My favorite is jalapeno!Be sure you buy pumpkin seeds and flax seeds and sunflower seeds and when it calls for them put them on top of your veggies. Makes a big pot of vegetable soup and chili and keep some in the freezer and in the fridge so when it says vegetable of your choice you can have a bowl of soup. So easy. Maybe this will help make it easier!
