Hi are muller light yoghurts ok on this diet?
The flavored/sweetened ones contain artificial sweeteners, so they can’t be recommended in the framework of this program. However, the fat-free types, i.e. Greek style, are fine. You would do better to add your own fruit-only jams or combinations of dried/fresh fruit and natural sweeteners, i.e. xylitol.
