    Can you substitute 1/2 cup of whole grain cereal for breakfast with plain quick oats? How much of the dry oats would substitute for 1/2 a cup of cereal?

    Hi, raisay. If the 1/2 cup of oats is post-cooking, then yes.
    If possible, get the non-quick type
