mermaid5MemberI can eat a healthy filling lunch, but straight after it, I want more food, fruit, forbidden crisps, forbidden chocolate, basically anything I can shove down my throat. I will then have tea, and then I’m sated. I know what I am doing, so how do I stop. I am a newbie to trim down club, so hopefully this will be my miracle cure. If anyone can help me please I am all ears.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mermaid and Glenda. Have you tried drinking the tea before you have the extra food? It may actually help. Try also to focus on the feeling and determine whether or not it is true hunger or just some type of stress or emptiness. Perhaps consider a fun after-meal activity that you can really look forward to that will make you feel “nourished” without food.

mermaid5MemberThankyou, Ozzie-Sharon, I will try to drink tea, but honestly, I think I will have to look deeper, as it either now a habit, boredom, or pure gluttony. I really have to get a new mind set, fed up of bloated, fat tummy. My husband is 6 ft 2 and 14 st and I eat more than him, he gets full I never do, so so annoying. Thankyou
