MemberHi, Andy. What is the source of the daily menu you described here? It does not appear to be consistent with the Trim Down Club program. At first glance, it appears that your intake is much, much, much lower than your basic needs, which is slowing your metabolism and can cause rebound weight gain and plateaus. To lose, you need to gradually bring your metabolism up. This is done by gradually increasing your food intake up to the level recommended by your menu plan, and continuing your exercise, adding or changing a type of exercise every few weeks to work new muscles. Patience is important, as it might feel like you are not going anywhere, but this stage is more like an investment in your future health.
