ParticipantI have only gained a pound but wished to go the other direction. I will cut the muffin and cut back every where as my stomach has shrunk and see where I am in a week. If you have any suggestions they would be appreciated

I suggest that you incorporate these (if you haven’t already) and consider changing your routine every few weeks to keep your muscles burning fat. Another method that can help is “high-intensity intermittent,” meaning inserting brief bursts of high-intensity movement into a moderate session – for example, 30 seconds of jogging for every five minutes of a walk.
