Hi, Alyce. Select it in the Menu Planner lists when you build your menu through the regular application (not the Ready-to-Go). Alcoholic beverages are listed in the Fat category, beverages subcategory; most count for 1 carb + 1 fat (because that’s how the body metabolizes it).
