Is it really bad to have wine (cabernet sauvignon) at night before bed. It really helps me sleep. But I don’t want to compromise being healthier and loosing weight.
Hi, cmjejones. Dry red wine is fine – just take care to limit the portion (4 fluid ounces) and count it as part of your night snack. Having it with a source of calcium, such as cheese, would be ideal.
