I work the midnight shift and have to eat at odd times. Any suggestions on how to adjust my meal time to make dieting work?
Hi, kflament. Just eat the meals at the times that would correspond with any day. For example, have breakfast in the evening before you leave for work, lunch in the middle of your shift, dinner when you come home in the morning, and snacks in between.
