I work in retail and find it hard to keep to the meal and snack pattern well because of scheduling. Are there any suggestions on how to make this work easier?
Hi, Paula. I’ll chime in here. Since you can generally drink during the day, perhaps try to drink your snacks – we have recipes for hearty shakes and soups that you can make the day before and put in a thermos to take with you. The recipes generally blend at least two food groups.
