Since I work the over night shifts…I need advice on when to eat what meal? Basically dinner is breakfast, etc?…and when should I stop eating if I get off at 6 am..? I don’t like going to bed full..nor hungry…Can I have a snack before going to bed? It’s complicated at times…..and yes,I’m new to this ..so I’m looking for suggestions…

You are on the right track! Breakfast is like dinner, and vice versa. When you eat last depends more on when you go to sleep rather than when you get off from work. I would definitely recommend a snack if you have the time. If you go to sleep at 9-10 am, then I would suggest eating a main meal right when you get home, then a snack 1-2 hours later, leaving yourself at least an hour before you go to bed so you don’t sleep on a full stomach.
