When the planner says low-fat yogurt, does that mean plain or are low sugar flavored options okay? And dairy or no dairy or either?
Hi, sramrakha. We do indeed encourage plain yogurt (it’s better if you add your own fruit and healthy sweetner like Stevia) – but it will be specified in your menu. It is also specified if it is dairy or other – both are fine.
Thanks, but im not seeing where the menu specifies this. It says low fat yogurt.
Based on your reply I’ll get either.
Hi, sramrakha. If the yogurt does not have “flavored or fruited” in the listing, it is plain.
