    I’m having a little trouble figuring out the values for yogurt. Sometimes the value says.6 and other times it says 1 for the same kind of yogurt. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi, Margr. One yogurt serving is 6 ounces of plain. When it says “1,” what are the units associated with it? Ounces or container?
