I really like these two things. I found a little bit of yogurt is allowed once in a while. But I have not found veggie dip. Is it not allowed? What about fat free salad dressings?
Hi, MaryLou. You can make your own veggie dip with yogurt and seasonings, since herbs and spicces are “free” (and even encouraged). Low-fat salad dressings are better than fat-free, because they are likely to have fewer artificial chemicals. We would encourage you to read labels to be sure, and like the dip, to perhaps make your own – we have several options in our recipe collection.
