Home › Forums › Nutrition & Diet › Your answer please!: "cup"
Hello,
I joined last week and am based in the UK. I am surprised that this program be so American. I thought it was intended and designed for the British market.
In your suggested serving you use “cup” as measurment. What do you mean by a “cup?” What does it mean practice?
Thanks.
A cup in US is 8 oz or 250 Ml in UK
You can usually buy small jugs in your supermarket that will measure a cup and oz, I got one and it makes things easier
Thank you very much for your help!
Much appreciated.
