I attempted four (4) batches from 3 zucchini squash(es). every batch started burning at 12 minutes while the rest were very tasty fully cooked soggy mini chip thin slices of zucchini. How do I replicate that picture you have? What did I do wrong? I am at an elelevation of 5,372 ft in an electric stove and oven.
Is anyone using an air fryer? I have one collecting dust when I realized that fried okra means hot bacon grease in a cast iron skillet. All the rest is just hot air. he he
Hi, bobschukert. It may help to use slightly thicker slices of zucchini, say 1/4-inch thick, coat the baking sheet with a little extra oil, and turn the chips over half way through. It may also help to use the broil rather than bake setting, which may take less time but increase the crispiness.
