I am loving the menu and the foods, great variety of food and I have not craved anything else!! The only thing I am iffy on is if i can reduce the potions of each meal, some of it seems too much 🙂

I will save you the leg work. I could not find 100 % whole wheat bread anywhere, even health food shops. The meat is only in small portions. I have just finished week one. 10 years, 1 month agoI buy organic wheat and grind it make my own whole wheat bread when I am feeling like being a domestic goddess-not this week though bought spelt from Wrays organic food shop here in Ipswich instead. Took me about 6 weeks to transform my food cupboard to be mostly organic. What is gammon?
