Hiya, I don’t live in Wales but my dad does & I love to get to visit. I would love to join the group to share experiences, I tend to be really strict with myself on diets but lose the drive when I don’t see the results for all my abstinence – lack of cake!! I’ve only just joined but have had a great time researching all the USA grocery names and…[Read more]

Hi everyone,
Good evening!
I’ve not been online for nearly two weeks (or is it over 2 weeks!!) as I have not been well (health conditions) and lo and behold, I put the weight back on (a couple of pounds). I am getting back to my old usual self so need to get geared up and the motivation is back. I have lapsed and am being honest and totally…[Read more]
Don’t beat yourself up Breianne, we’ve all been there, just start again. I put weight on every time we go away but it comes off as soon as I get home and continue with the plan. We are only human after all!! Hope you are feeling better, did I read you are moving house? Now that can be stressful so you need to be healthy and prepare for any set…[Read more]

Hi Breianne, am back from my cruise and am a few pounds heavier even though I did eat healthy food, I think it was probably having more alcohol than usual! Am back with my menu planner and hope to see results soon! We are off to Texas shortly so it’s the same story of restaurant food and inability to exercise but I hope to swim every day and have…[Read more]

Hi there! I joined this Trim Down Club a few months ago and haven’t had time to (or taken the time to) see what it’s all about yet. It seems there is so much else to do. That seems to be how it goes when I decide to make an improvement in my life… all of a sudden, I’m bombarded with so many good ideas that I have trouble focusing on one…[Read more]

Hello Everyone,
A big welcome (and a hug) to anyone that wishes to be part of the Welsh Group. My name is Breianne. You can take a look at me and my profile to get to know a little about me.
My aim is to create a group with anyone that is interested in good contact (not just joining), progress, ups and downs (yes…..even the downs), coffee morning, lunchtime and evening chats and interested in meets (i.e. meeting up as a get together group (whatever gender). Our meets can encourage activities that we can discuss and get to enjoy together. Whether you like shopping or fashion trips, lunch out, bowling, sightseeing, leisurely strolls, picnics, tours, theatre, cinema….in fact…anything that you may wish to add to a never ending list of activities that we as a group could and would enjoy is welcome.
Don’t be a stay at home……get in contact and if you are keen, willing and enthusiastic in helping create a ‘Meet Group’ and incorporate some fun and new friends. Nothing ventured…nothing gained.
Best wishes…..Breianne x
