I am 55 years young…. Soon to be 56. Was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at age 20, at The Mayo Clinic…. In 1985. I also have hypothyroid, have had 3 lumbar back surgeries, need both hips replaced. Dealing with cronic pain and fatigue. I’m also in menopause. I’m also allergic to fish and seafood…. Seems like alot of the recipes include that.

Recently joined. Worn out trying to shop and cook. Trying to do quicker items. Sometimes just to tired to cook and often off schedule with meals.
Tried to increase exercise in small amounts this week. Have Myasthenia Gravis and Diabetes Type 2, treated Hasimotos thyroiditis.
