Over 70’s, with a lot to trim and wanting a simplified life

For members over 70 years of age with significant weight goals that will require a long-term commitment and looking for tips and tricks to keep things simple in the kitchen while trimming down those extra pounds. (I have dieted or felt guilty while eating for almost 50 years. This is a new challenge for me and I’d like to share with others from the very beginning.)
