I am sticking well to my new eating plan but find it hard to come accross new ideas to stop boredom setting in.       Hello Colleagues, I am a newbie, great to see there is a forum for the UK, I absolutely hate porridge or Granola could anyone suggest an alternative? My biggest problem is sugar, which I am going cold turkey and giving that up from the get go, I am building my menu today would eating fruit and a fat free yoghurt be a good alternative?
