However, when I looked into it, it is very Americanised and a lot of the stuff is difficult to find here – especially at a reasonable cost. How are you getting on?

Good for you with losing 2 more #’s. That’s what we all like to hear. I have lost a couple more too. It varies from day to day since I weigh every morning. But I still am not eating according to what my menu tells me to eat. That is just to much food for me, and I’m sure I would gain.
