To a food processor or blender add the first 6 ingredients. Process well then add all or any combination of the following dried spices: I combine all, but depending on your taste, you can use whatever you like.

1/4 tsp ea: Cumin, coriander, garam masala, tumeric, dill weed, basil, allspice, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, black pepper, sea salt, curry powder.
