In baking pan add water, place chicken seasoned with onion powder,garlic powder, oregano. place into the oven & cook.
let water cook down till untimely done.
Roxy spicy wing sauce:
In small mixing bowl add hot sauce,honey,olive oil…pour into a small sauce pan cook on low heat till it heats and come to a boil then remove it from the heat than set aside…
when chicken comes out of the oven, dip wing one at a time by totally submerge into sauce…till each one has the spicy sauce. Place on serving plate.

In a salad bowl toss spinach, walnuts,cherry tomatoes and raspberries…choice of
no dressing/or balsamic vinaigrette
