Cut chicken into cubes or strips. Rinse chicken well under cold running water. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well with a wooden spoon. In a large frying pan add olive oil and heat over medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add chicken mix to the skillet. Toss to coat and let chicken cook until all juices dry up. Be sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
