Halibut Patties

Process the fish fillets and egg in a food processor to obtain a smooth paste. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and mix in the minced garlic, leeks, and chili. Form the mixture into 18 patties. Set a frying pan over medium heat; add a small amount of the oil and pan-fry the patties for 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite sauce (1 tbsp. = 1 fat) and steamed rice (1/2 cup cooked = 1 carb).
