Slice vegetables in bite size strips, cube pork cutlets.
Brown pork in a little water, add vegetables and broth. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes till done.

Chicken Vegetable Soup

put oil into dutch oven, add bacon and render down, add onions and garlic until softened, add potatos, carrots, celery and dried thyme stirring often appx 4 mins., add broth, water and bullion, bring to a boil then simmer, add shredded chicken, add tomatoes and beans. Cook pasta and add to soup.
